There are three types of GPS tracking: Passive, Live, and Mobile tracking. GPS trackers can, for example, be easily hidden under a seat, in a glove compartment, or deep under the dashboard. Some trackers can also be permanently connected to your vehicle’s electrical system, so no batteries need to be recharged.

A GPS tracker can also be easily attached to the underside of your vehicle without you ever noticing! The tracker can be housed in a waterproof magnetic case and attached, for example, to the rear bumper.
Live GPS trackers send a signal every 5-60 seconds, with some even much slower, such as every 2-5 minutes or even once an hour.

The phone you carry around with you 24/7 can also be used as a live GPS tracker if the location function is turned on. Hidden tracking software could have been added to your phone without your knowledge. That’s why it’s important to always have a password on your phone and have your phone analyzed.
